All custom and special orders require a non refundable deposit. Deposit is determined at time of design selection and commitment.

I currently use USPS (United States Postal Service.
Rates depend on weight, distance and insurance of item(s) being sent.
I insure all of the item(s) I ship out.
Insurance costs are reflected in the shipping & handling
rates on my site. Upon
request I will ship UPS or FedEx. Again
all rates vary depending on weight, distance and insurance of item(s).

Return Policy
You must notify Marinella via phone before returning any items in order to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returned items with out a RA# will not be accepted.*
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the item in the
original package and condition within 7 days of receipt for an exchange equivalent to the purchase price. Please include a copy of your receipt with any returns. Return item in original packaging and a padded envelope via insured mail (to protect you against lost or damaged merchandise).
Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the padded envelope. Marinella will supply you with the address in which to return your item.
Repair Policy
I make my jewelry durable for normal use. If an item should fail due to craftsmanship with in 6 months from date of purchase, I will repair it free of charge.
After 6 months there will be a repair charge assessed.**
You must notify Marinella via phone before sending any items for repair in order to receive a Repair Authorization Number. Items sent to be repaired with out a RPA# will not be accepted. If the item was a gift please provide me with the name of the original purchaser. Return repair in a padded envelope via insured mail (to protect you against lost or damaged merchandise).
Clearly write the RPA# on the outside of the padded envelope. Marinella will supply you with the address in which to send your repair.
